My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The room had a slight issue as something dripped and caused a wet spot on the carpet, but it was spacious and even had a little living area with extra amenities. The no refund policy under the Book Early and Save program was a downside. The service went beyond normal duties, but there were some areas that could have been improved. The location was convenient, although there were a few aspects that stood out negatively. The dining experience had its shortcomings, and the facilities were satisfactory with room for enhancement.
